Product Details

Steel wire screw sleeve is a new type of thread fastener, which is made of high strength, high precision and smooth surface stainless steel wire with diamond section.

It is an embedded object developed to protect non-ferrous metal thread holes, which are rotated into and fastened in one of the threaded holes of the connectors to form internal threads in accordance with international standards, similar in shape to spiral springs. It has high hardness and good surface roughness.

It is divided into two types: ordinary type and locking type. The locking type is to add one or more rings of locking rings on the basis of ordinary type

The steel wire sleeve is embedded in the thread holes of low strength engineering materials such as aluminum, magnesium alloy, cast iron, glass fiber reinforced plastic and plastic. It has the functions of high connection strength, earthquake resistance, impact resistance and wear resistance. It can disperse the stress to protect the matrix thread and greatly prolong the service life of the matrix

In addition, the wire sleeve can be used as a means of repair when the thread on the original matrix is tripped or disorderly, without causing the whole matrix to be scrapped, and the maintenance is convenient, fast and economical.
